"Only JMG had the confidence, capability and personnel to commit to that schedule." Craig Parker, Senior Regional Loss Prevention Manager.

The challenge
A Fixed Date, And A Standard That Leaves No Room To Improvise.
OHL is a member of the Transported Asset Protection Association. TAPA membership obliges it to meet several parameters on every building it manages, so the security system was not a preference — it was a condition of operating the site.
The building is 722,000 square feet. The date it had to be operational was not movable. OHL put the requirement to several providers.
In the client's words
"When I told the competing system providers what we needed and that it had to be installed in 12 weeks, only JMG had the confidence, capability and personnel to commit to that schedule."

The approach
Designed To The Standard, Not To The Catalogue.
Sales professional Greg Hanoian designed the system to the TAPA parameters OHL has to meet, rather than proposing a system and checking it afterwards.
01
Read The Standard First
The TAPA parameters set what had to be detected, recorded and reported. The device schedule came out of that document.
02
One Schedule, Not Three Trades
Access control, video and intrusion were installed by JMG's own technicians to a single programme, which is what made the date possible.
03
Commissioned Before Handover
Every device tested and every signal path confirmed to the central station before the building opened.
04
Then The Account Work Began
Access changes are handled by JMG's data department — OHL's write-up names "Laurie in the data department" specifically.
The outcome
Half A Million Dollars Spent, And No Complaints On Record.
"When you spend a half million dollars with a vendor, you usually have justification to be critical, but that isn't the case with JMG… JMG just never disappoints."
